Abstract

The role of human resources is very vital for the company, because human resources are the main driver of the smooth running of the production process for the company. Given the importance of the role of human resources, companies should pay more attention to the problems of existing human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Intrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation, Training, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Sari Tani Perkayuan Indonesia. The population in this study were all employee employees at PT. Sari Tani Perkayuan Indonesia Group Mojokerto, with a total sample of 100 employees, with saturated sampling techniques or census that is the entire population sampled or respondents The results showed that intrinsic motivation had a significant positive effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Sari Tani Perkayuan Indonesia Mojokerto. Extrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Sari Tani Perkayuan Indonesia Mojokerto. The training program has a significant positive effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Sari Tani Perkayuan Indonesia Mojokerto. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Sari Tani Perkayuan Indonesia Mojokerto. The results of the study prove Instrinsic Motivation, Extrinsic Motivation, Training, Organizational Culture simultaneously have a significant influence on the Employee Performance of PT. Sari Tani Perkayuan Indonesia Mojokerto. Adjusted R square of 0.524 means that 52.4% of Employee Performance variables are able to explain the Instrinsic Motivation variable, Extrinsic Motivation, Training, Organizational Culture and the remaining 47.6% is caused by other variables not included in the model in this study.
