Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Work Environment Motivation and Leadership on the Performance of Study Employees at PG Merican in Kediri City partially or simultaneously. By conducting this research policy can be taken on work motivation, leadership, employee performance so that company goals can be achieved optimally. The type of this research used is quantitative and primary data, so that the entire population used as a sample used is a census so that the entire population in this study are employees of PG Merican city of Kediri as many as 100 people, the data collection method uses questionnaire while the technical analysis of the data used is a test of validity, reliability, t test, F test, coefficient of determination and regression analysis. The results obtained indicate that work motivation and work environment have a partially significant effect on employee performance and leadership. ABSTRAK Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Studi Pada PG merican Kota Kediri secara parsial maupun simultan. Dengan diadakan penelitian ini maka dapat diambil kebijakan tentang motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan, kinerja karyawan sehingga tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai dengan optimal. Jenis dari penelitian ini yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan data primer , sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus sehingga seluruh populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PG merican kota kediri sebanyak 100 orang, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner sedangkan sedangkan teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reabilitas, uji t test, F test, koefisian determinasi dan analisis regresi. Hasil yang didapat menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepemimpinan Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepemimpinan
