Abstract

-Abstract This study aims to find out the simultaneous and partial effect between communication, work motivation, and job satisfaction towards employee performance. The population in this study was 79 people using purposive sampling. The method of data collection was by questionnaire and interview. The variables were independent variables which consist of communication (XI), work motivation (X2), job satisfaction (X3) and dependent variables, that is employee performance (Y). The result of this study provided evidence that there was simultaneous effect and partial effect between communication, work motivation, and job satisfaction towards employee performance and the most dominant effect was work satisfaction as much as 0.342.
